BEHIND THIS

From anxiety to awareness

Why we made a monitor that works as simply as a watch.

CHAPTER 01

The waiting room loop

Regular blood pressure checks meant scheduling appointments, driving to a clinic, sitting in a sterile room with a too‑tight arm cuff, and hoping the white‑coat spike didn’t throw off the reading. For millions managing hypertension, consistent monitoring felt like a part‑time job — or something they simply skipped.

CHAPTER 02

Designed for real life

We set out to shrink the clinical experience into something you’d actually use every day. One button. A soft wrist cuff that fastens in seconds. A bright LCD readout with no confusing icons. The Yongrow wrist monitor gives you systolic, diastolic, and pulse numbers in under a minute, at your kitchen table or on your nightstand.

CHAPTER 03

Peace of mind, daily

Now you track trends, not just isolated numbers. You notice how a good night’s sleep or a walk after dinner affects your readings. You share a full month of data with your doctor instead of one stress‑inflated snapshot. And you finally feel in control of your heart health, without the clinic dread.

GETTING STARTED

How to use your monitor

Four simple steps to accurate at‑home readings.

  1. 01

    Get Comfortable

Sit with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and rest your arm on a table at heart level. Take 5 minutes to relax.

  2. 02

    Wrap the Cuff

Fasten the cuff snugly around your left wrist, with the display facing up. Leave no space between cuff and skin.

  3. 03

    Press Start

Press the power button once. The cuff will inflate automatically, then deflate while taking your reading.

  4. 04

    Read & Record

Your systolic, diastolic, and pulse numbers will appear on the LCD. The color light (green/yellow/red) indicates the risk zone. Note the values or let the device store them automatically.

YOUR JOURNEY

What to expect

From first reading to lifestyle habit.

  1. DAY 1

    First Reading

You’ll feel a gentle squeeze on your wrist. Within 30 seconds, your numbers appear. It’s that simple.

  2. WEEK 1

    Building Routine

Morning checks become as automatic as brushing your teeth. Start to see how rest and stress affect your readings.

  3. WEEK 2

    Trend Awareness

The memory bank starts showing patterns. You notice which activities spike or calm your pressure.

  4. MONTH 1

    Confident Control

You no longer dread the cuff. You understand your body’s rhythms and share data with your doctor.

What wearers say

I track my numbers every morning before coffee. So much easier than the bulky arm cuff I had.

Battery life is great. I wish the memory included time/date stamps, but for the price I just write them down.

Only docked a star because the grey strap shows dirt quicker than expected. Otherwise, spot‑on readings.

Lina M. · Daily user
★★★★☆

Would love a bluetooth version, but as a standalone it does exactly what it promises.

STRAIGHT TALK

Before you buy

How accurate is this wrist monitor compared to an arm cuff?
Clinically validated to within ±3 mmHg of a professional arm cuff. For best results, keep your wrist at heart level during measurement.
Can I use it if I have an irregular heartbeat?
Yes, but the device may display an irregular heartbeat symbol and the reading time may be longer. Always consult your doctor before relying on home readings if you have arrhythmia.
What does the green/yellow/red light mean?
Green indicates normal range (SYS <130, DIA <85). Yellow means elevated. Red suggests hypertension stage 1 or higher. These are quick visual guidelines based on WHO thresholds; your doctor will interpret them fully.
My wrist is very thin. Will it fit?
The cuff adjusts from 13.5 to 19.5 cm (5.3–7.7 inches). For wrists under 13.5 cm, the reading may be less accurate. Consider an arm cuff instead.
Does it need an app or smartphone?
No. It’s fully standalone. The readings display on the built‑in LCD and store in internal memory up to 90 records.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the cuff and monitor body with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge in water or use alcohol wipes on the LCD.
