Fresh garlic in seconds, with no knife, no sticky board and no peeling by hand. This brushed stainless press crushes cloves into fine pulp in one squeeze, and it comes with a silicone peeler tube and a cleaning brush, so one tool covers the whole garlic step.
Crush fresh garlic in seconds with a durable stainless steel press
- hand chopping garlic is slow
- sticky garlic residue on knives and cutting boards
- peeling garlic cloves by hand
Fresh garlic in seconds, with no board mess
Cloves go in, a squeeze comes out, the peel comes off with the included tube and the board stays clean. One stainless steel press covers the garlic step of every weeknight dinner.
Fine garlic pulp with one squeeze

Stainless steel that holds up
The body is solid brushed stainless with smooth rounded handles that sit comfortably in the palm. The joint is built to hold its shape through frequent use, and the metal is rust-resistant, so the press stays straight and tight season after season.

One squeeze, fine pulp
Drop a clove in the chamber, close the rotating arm and the perforated base pushes the garlic through as fine pulp. The extra-large reservoir takes several cloves per load, so a stir-fry base comes together in one pass.

Peel and clean, without the mess
The black silicone tube rolls the skin off each clove before it goes in the press, so no peel bits end up in the pulp. The bristle brush clears the holes once you are done, and the hanging loop keeps the press off the counter between dinners.
Three steps from clove to pan
- 1Peel in the tube
Roll a clove inside the silicone peeler tube and the skin slides off. Large cloves may need a second roll.
- 2Load and squeeze
Place the clove in the chamber, close the rotating arm and press the handles together. Fine pulp comes through the holes onto your plate or straight into the pan.
- 3Scrape and rinse
Scrape the pulp off the underside of the press. Rinse the chamber right away and run the bristle brush through the holes so the pulp does not dry in place.

Questions and answers
Rinse the chamber right after pressing and run the included bristle brush through the holes. Pulp that dries in place is the one thing that makes cleanup slow, so do it straight after cooking and the job takes under a minute.
The body is brushed stainless steel, and the joint is built to hold its shape through frequent use. Dry the press after rinsing and it will stay straight and rust-free with normal kitchen care.
Yes. Press a thin slice of fresh ginger with a squeeze of the handles and you get a fresh, juicy ginger paste. Give the chamber a good rinse afterward, since ginger fibers cling to the holes.
Roll each clove inside the silicone tube and the skin loosens and slides off. Most cloves come clean in one or two rolls, and very large cloves may need a second pass.
One press replaces a knife, a board and a jar. Fresh pressed garlic keeps the sharp flavor that jarred garlic loses, and you save the minutes of mincing and scrubbing residue off the knife on every cooking night.
