Load the cloves, press the button, and the garlic is done. Your board stays clean, your hands stay clean, and dinner starts on time. The mincer does the chopping in one press so the prep takes seconds.
Minces garlic in one press, no chopping or peeling-board mess
- time-consuming garlic chopping
- sticky hands and smelly fingers from pressing
- uneven garlic pieces
Minced garlic in one press, no mess on your hands
Stop chopping, squeezing, and scrubbing before every meal. Load the cloves, press the button, and start cooking with fresh, evenly minced garlic.
One button, one press, finely minced

One press, finely minced
The push-button switch drives the clove chamber down onto a stainless steel grid. Loaded cloves come out as fine pieces in a single press, so there is no rocking a knife across the board and no scraping the board into the pan afterward.
Loads right every time
The insert-this-side-up cartridge seats the cloves in the right spot, and the MAX FILL line tells you where to stop. Each batch comes out the same size, and nothing jams because you stayed inside the line.

Stainless grid, clean cut
The blade grid is stainless steel, so it stays sharp enough to cut the cloves rather than crush them. The included brush clears the holes in seconds while the garlic is still soft.
Load it right, mince it fast
- 1Insert the cartridge side up
Seat the loading cartridge with the insert-this-side-up marking facing up before you load anything.
- 2Fill to the MAX FILL line
Add peeled cloves to the green chamber and stop at the MAX FILL marking. Stay inside the line for even pieces.
- 3Press the button once
Press the switch to mince. Tip the minced garlic straight into the pan or a bowl.
- 4Brush the grid
Clear the stainless steel grid with the included brush while the garlic is still soft.

Questions and answers
A manual press squeezes hard and leaves cloves stuck in the chamber. This mincer takes the force out of it: you load up to the MAX FILL line and press once. If you prep garlic most nights, the minutes saved and the clean hands add up fast, and it does the job of a press and a knife in one tool.
The stainless steel grid cuts the loaded cloves into fine, consistent pieces in one press. Batches stay even as long as you stay within the MAX FILL line. Very large or uneven cloves may need a second press.
Brush the grid right after each session while the garlic is still soft. The cleaning brush in the box clears the holes quickly. Dried garlic hardens in the grid and takes longer to remove, so a quick brush after each use keeps cleanup easy.
Fill the clove chamber only to the MAX FILL line. Going past it jams the press and leaves the mince uneven, so batch larger amounts in two or three presses instead.
Yes. Peeled ginger and onion pieces mince the same way as garlic, which makes it useful for ginger paste, quick marinades and onion for sauces.
