Who we are
Wanelo is an online retail store operated from Narva, Estonia. We curate beauty, personal care, home, and lifestyle products and ship them to customers worldwide. We are an independent retailer — we are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any of the brands whose products we carry.
How we fulfil orders
We work with third-party fulfilment partners rather than holding our own warehouse. Orders for products held in the United States warehouse are dispatched from within the US and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. All other orders are dispatched internationally and typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs processing can add time on international routes.
Pricing and product information
Product descriptions are prepared by us from supplier specifications and product photography. Where a compare-at price is shown, it reflects the supplier's list price for the same item. We do not publish customer reviews or ratings, because we do not currently operate a verified review system — when we do, reviews will come from confirmed purchases only.
