Five Steps to Your First Web Design

   Prep and Base

   Apply a gel base coat to clean, shaped nails and cure fully under your UV or LED lamp. The spider gel bonds best to a cured gel surface.

   Apply Your Background Color

   Paint one or two coats of your chosen gel color over the cured base coat and cure each layer. This is the contrast backdrop your web lines will sit on.

   Load the Spider Gel Brush

   Open your ROSALIND Spider Gel jar and lightly touch the brush tip into the gel — you need less product than you think. The high-viscosity formula loads easily without flooding the brush.

   Pull to Create Web Lines

   Touch the loaded brush to one edge of the nail and slowly drag toward the center or opposite edge. The elastic gel stretches into a thin, even line. Repeat from different angles to build the web pattern. Work on one nail at a time.

   Cure and Top Coat

   Cure the spider gel lines under your LED lamp (30–60 seconds) or UV lamp (up to 2 minutes). Finish with a gel top coat and cure again for a high-gloss, sealed result that locks in the dimensional web effect.

Storing and Maintaining Your Spider Gel

• Store away from UV light

  Exposure to sunlight or UV lamps can partially cure the gel inside the jar. Keep the lid tight and store in a drawer or opaque bag.

• Room temperature storage

  Store between 15–25°C. Extreme heat thins the formula; cold temperatures can make it too thick to stretch evenly.

• Wipe the brush clean after use

  Remove excess gel from the brush wipe against the jar rim before closing. Dried gel on bristles affects line precision on the next use.

• Close the lid immediately

  Air exposure begins to skin the surface of the gel over time. Screw the cap back on between nails to keep formula consistency stable.
