Carrots, potatoes and onions come out in matching slices, julienne and shreds in a few quick passes. One red slicer with six swappable blade cartridges replaces a drawer of single-purpose gadgets, and a hand-guard food holder keeps fingers clear of the blade.
Six cutting functions in one red slicer — slice, julienne, shred and grate fast
- slow manual knife prep
- uneven vegetable cuts
- messy grating of potatoes, carrots and onions
- time spent on salads and stir-fries
Turn hours of knife work into minutes
Before: uneven carrots, sore knuckles, a cutting board buried in peels. After: matching slices, julienne and shreds from one red slicer, ready for the pan.
One body, six ways to cut

Six cuts, one slicer
Six cartridges cover slicing, julienne, coarse and fine grating, wavy and French fry cuts. Each one clicks into the same red body, so the swap takes seconds and the next vegetable is already on the board. If you also cut fruit, our fruit slicers stainless range covers the sweeter side of prep.

Hands stay clear
The tall food holder with pusher keeps fingers well above the blade during fast passes. Finish the last piece with the holder, not your fingers, and the cut stays quick without any reaching near the edge.

Stays put on your board
Non-slip rubber feet and a ribbed plate hold the slicer steady while you push. A slide mid-cut is how uneven slices happen, so the grip matters more than it sounds.
Swap a cartridge, then slice
- 1Rinse and dry everything
Rinse the body and cartridges, then dry them fully before the first cut.
- 2Pick a cartridge and click it in
Choose the cut you want and slide the cartridge into the body until it clicks. Set the body on a dry board and press the rubber feet down.
- 3Load the food holder
Place the vegetable in the food holder and press it down with the pusher head. Keep your fingers above the blade the whole way through.
- 4Finish with the holder
Use the holder for the last piece too. When the vegetable is too short to hold, stop there.
- 5Rinse the cartridge, not the whole slicer
Pull the cartridge out, rinse it gently and dry it before storing. Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Stage the board on a wood cutting boards surface if you want a sturdier base.

Questions and answers
The food holder and pusher head do the work for you. Keep fingers above the blade, finish the last piece with the holder, and you never need to reach near the cutting edge. The risk on any slicer is bare fingers, not the plastic body.
The blades are stainless steel and stay sealed inside their cartridges until you swap them in. Rinse and dry each cartridge fully after use, since assembled blades that stay wet are the fastest way to dull an edge.
Pull the current cartridge out of the body, pick the one for the cut you want, and slide it in until it clicks. Try it once with a carrot and the swap takes seconds from then on.
The body is glossy red plastic made for daily prep. Wash it by hand, keep it dry, and it lives on the counter instead of in a drawer. A metal mandoline costs more and weighs more; this one trades that heft for a lighter tool you will actually reach for every night.
Yes. The slicing cartridge handles cucumbers, onions and carrots, and the coarse grater makes shreds for hash browns. The fine grater turns onion and garlic into a paste. One tool replaces a grater, a julienne peeler and a good chunk of knife work, which pays off on busy weeknights.
