Prep the nail plate
Push back cuticles, lightly buff the nail surface with a 180-grit file, and cleanse with isopropyl alcohol. A clean, dehydrated nail plate is the single biggest factor in preventing lifting.
Apply base coat or primer

Load and apply the gel
