Pull the roast at the right moment without standing over the oven or the grill. The probe streams food temperature, target and time to your phone, so you can talk to guests while the meat finishes. Preset doneness for nine meat types gives every cook a clear target.
Monitor your meat's temperature from your phone anywhere in range, with preset doneness for 9 meat types
- overcooking or undercooking meat
- having to open the oven or stand over the grill to check doneness
- guessing cooking times for roasts and barbecue
- tracking oven and food temperature at the same time
Know when your roast is done, without opening the oven.
Stop guessing cook times and hovering over the grill. Watch food temperature, target and time left on your phone, and step away with confidence.
Doneness on your phone, from across the yard

Live food temperature, on your phone
The app shows food temperature, the target and time remaining as the cook runs. Bluetooth reaches 32.8 ft in open air, so you can sit on the patio and still see the number climb. The readout is the reason you stop checking the grill every few minutes.

Stainless probe, built for heat
The probe is brushed stainless steel with a safety notch near the tip. The handle is heat-resistant black ceramic with a button on top, so you can grip it while it is still hot from the meat. The internal sensor is rated to 185°F max, which covers most roasting and grilling work.

Four probes, one screen
The app connects up to four probes at the same time. Run two rib racks and a chicken on one phone, or track a roast alongside the oven temperature. Each channel gets its own target, so one cook does not hold up the others.
Four numbers that set the range
- 32.8 ftOpen-air Bluetooth range
- 185°FInternal sensor max
- 9Preset meat types
- 4Probes in one app
From probe to preset in three steps
- 1Insert the probe into the thickest part
Push the stainless probe into the thickest section of the meat, clear of bone. The safety notch sits near the tip, and the inserted section measures 3.6 in.
- 2Pick the meat and doneness in the app
Open the app, select the probe and choose one of the nine meat types. Pick a doneness level from the preset, or set your own target temperature and timer.
- 3Set the target and step away
Confirm the target and time remaining on screen, then place the phone within range. Keep it outside a metal-shielded oven, or within a few feet of the door, for a steady connection.
Every time the door opens, the roast pays for it

The door opens again
Every check means cracking the oven door, watching the heat escape and waiting for the fan to catch up. Repeat that every ten minutes and the roast ends up cooking on guesswork. The probe in the meat replaces the poke and the peek, so the door can stay shut.

The meal you almost ruined
A brisket pulled a little early is tough. A chicken pulled a little late is a problem you do not want to explain to guests. Preset doneness for nine meat types gives you a target to aim for, so the cook starts from a number instead of a hunch.
Step away and enjoy the cook
The readout runs on your phone while you carry plates and talk to people on the patio. Open-air Bluetooth reaches up to 32.8 ft, so the phone can stay in your pocket or on the side table. When the food reaches target, you walk back to the grill and pull it.

Yes in open air, up to 32.8 ft. Inside a metal-shielded oven the range drops to about 3.3 ft, so keep the phone on a counter by the door. Grilling outdoors is where the full range shows up.
The internal sensor is rated to 185°F max. Keep the probe inside the meat, not in direct flame, and stay under that rating. For poultry and pork, confirm the finished temperature against the USDA safe minimum chart before you serve.
Yes. The app connects up to four probes at once, so two rib racks and a chicken can run on one screen. Each probe gets its own target, which keeps a multi-dish cook from turning into a juggling act.
Plug the case into USB and watch the indicator lamp. A 5 minute fast charge gives up to 4 hours of use, enough for a long smoke or a full holiday roast.
An instant-read gives you one number each time you open the door. This probe keeps reporting for the whole cook, so you check the phone instead of the oven. The stainless probe and ceramic handle are premium materials, and if you host a few times a year, the cost per cook comes down quickly.
Nine meat types: duck, pork, chicken, veal, venison, fish, lamb, burgers and beef. Each one has preset doneness levels, and you can override the target with your own number.
