Description

Six Damascus steak knives, one color each, that cut seared steak without the sawing. Each blade is 67 layers of steel with a 15° double-sided edge, and the G10 handles give your table a set that looks as deliberate as the meal.

Razor-sharp Damascus steak knife with a colorful G10 handle that stays sharp and won't rust

Solves
  • Dull steak knives that tear meat
  • Blade rust and corrosion
  • Blade curling or losing its edge
  • Boring, mismatched table cutlery

Clean cuts that look as good as the steak

Tired of sawing through dinner with dull, mismatched knives? Six colorful Damascus steak knives slice through seared steak cleanly, resist rust, and bring matching style to every table.

Sixty-seven layers built for a clean cut

67 layers of Damascus steel

The blade is built from 67 layers of real Damascus steel around an AUS10 high-hardness core, rated at 60±2 HRC. The pattern comes from the layers themselves, not a coating, and the hardness is what keeps the edge sharp through regular dinners. Keep the edge honed between uses with a and it stays ready for the next steak.

A 15° edge that slices

Both sides of the blade are ground to a 15° edge, and the blade is 2.0 mm thick and curved toward a sharp point. That combination moves through seared steak instead of dragging across it. Less sawing means the meat stays on the plate and the juices stay in the meat.

Six colors, one table

Each knife has a laminated G10 fiberglass handle in its own color: cobalt blue, forest green, lime yellow, fire red, silver grey and chestnut brown. The handles are non-slip, and the polished metal bolster and rivet tie the set together. If you are building out the whole table, the collection covers the rest of the kit.

Simple care keeps the edge and finish

  • Hand wash

Use warm water and mild soap. Skip the dishwasher, since heat and knocks dull the edge over time.

  • Dry right away

Wipe each blade fully before it goes back in a drawer or block.

  • Cut on wood or plastic

Glass and stone chip thin edges faster than a wood or plastic board does.

Questions and answers

Is the Damascus pattern real layered steel or a surface print?
w
Wanelo · seller

It is real. Each blade is built from 67 layers of Damascus steel around an AUS10 core rated at 60±2 HRC. The pattern runs through the steel itself, so it does not depend on a coating.

Are these safe to put in the dishwasher?
w
Wanelo · seller

Hand washing is the better choice. Dishwasher heat, harsh detergent and knocking against other dishes can dull the edge and the finish over time. A quick wash with mild soap and a dry towel takes less time than loading a machine.

Will the handle colors be mixed in the set or can I choose?
w
Wanelo · seller

The full set comes with one knife in each of six colors: cobalt blue, forest green, lime yellow, fire red, silver grey and chestnut brown. You can also pick a single color from the color options on this page if you only need one or two.

How sharp are they out of the box compared with my current steak knives?
w
Wanelo · seller

The edge is ground to 15° on both sides and the blade is 2.0 mm thick, so it cuts seared steak with much less sawing than a worn boxed set. Try them on your next steak next to your current knives and you will see the difference on the first slice.

Is six knives at this price worth it next to a designer steak set?
w
Wanelo · seller

Designer steak sets often cost several times more for a similar number of knives. This set gives you six matching Damascus blades with a different color for each guest, which replaces a mismatched drawer of knives in one purchase.

Are they a good gift for a housewarming or holiday host?
w
Wanelo · seller

Yes. The set comes in gift packaging, and six matching colors read as a table set rather than a single gift. A host who entertains will use every knife, and the colors make it easy to set one per place.
