FROM THERE TO HERE

The story behind every recovery

A system born from the need for safe, comfortable core support after childbirth — not just a wrap, but a recovery partner.

CHAPTER 01

The body after birth

In the weeks following delivery, everything feels different. Your core is soft, your back aches from nursing and lifting, and the simplest movements — sitting up, carrying the baby — remind you that your body needs time and to heal. Standard compression bands often feel suffocating, leaving skin irritated and sweaty.

CHAPTER 02

The moment that changed everything

Our three-piece system was developed with a simple insight: recovery needs to breathe. Using medical-grade breathable mesh panels and an adjustable cross-wrap design, we created a support system that adapts to your changing body — providing firm compression when you need it, gentle hold when you don't, and never trapping heat.

CHAPTER 03

Your strongest comeback

With consistent use, mothers tell us they feel more supported in daily movements, from breastfeeding to stroller walks. The three modular pieces can be used together or individually, gradually easing you from early recovery to a more active lifestyle.

WHAT MAKES IT

Three layers of intelligent support

Every element is designed for the postpartum body — breathable, adjustable, and modular.

Upper chest support band featuring breathable mesh and adjustable velcro closure
UPPER SUPPORT

Targeted uplift

The chest band gently supports your upper back and ribcage, countering the forward slump from nursing and holding baby. Perforated ventilation zones keep you cool.

HIP & PELVIC

Core compression

The main abdominal wrap uses a cross-wrap design to bring separated muscles back together. Adjustable velcro ensures a custom fit as your body changes.

MODULAR SYSTEM

Wear your way

Use all three together for full support, or just the pelvic band for . Freedom to adjust as recovery progresses.

FIRST USE

3 minutes to comfort

Simple steps to put on your three-piece support system.

  1. 01

    Start with the pelvic band

Wrap the lower band around your hips, just above the pelvic bone. Secure with velcro so it feels snug but not restrictive.

  2. 02

    Position the abdominal wrap

Place the center panel over your navel and pull the side wings across your belly. Cross them to your comfort level and fasten.

  3. 03

    Add the upper chest band

Slide the band around your ribcage, just under your breasts. Adjust so it lifts and opens your chest without digging in.

  4. 04

    Check your breathing

Take a deep breath. You should feel supported, not restricted. Adjust velcro points until the compression is even.

  5. 05

    Wear as needed

Start with 2-3 hours a day and increase time as you feel comfortable. Use individual pieces for targeted support during different activities.

YOUR JOURNEY

What to expect

From early healing to a stronger, more comfortable you.

  1. DAY 1

    Immediate comfort

The lightweight fabric feels barely there. Your lower back gets the first hint of relief as pelvic support begins.

  2. WEEK 1-2

    Posture shift

You notice you’re not slouching as much during breastfeeding. The chest band reminds your shoulders to roll back.

  3. WEEK 3-4

    Core connection

As you combine binding with gentle core breathing, you feel your abdominal muscles re-engage. Many mothers report feeling 'tighter'.

  4. WEEK 6-8

    Confidence returns

By now, you may only need the abdominal wrap for active days. Your body feels stronger, more supported, and more you.

STRAIGHT TALK

Honest answers before you buy

Common questions from new mothers.

Is this safe to use after a C-section?
Yes, many mothers use it after a C-section, but we recommend waiting until your incision has closed and your doctor gives clearance. The gentle compression supports the abdominal wall without pressing directly on the wound.
How soon after delivery can I start wearing it?
You can begin light support within the first few days, but full compression is best after the first week. Always listen to your body and check with your healthcare provider.
Will it help with diastasis recti?
The cross-wrap design is specifically intended to bring the rectus muscles back toward midline, which can help improve diastasis recti when combined with proper core exercises. Many users report visible improvement within 4-6 weeks.
How does it handle sweat and heat?
The mesh panels are made from a perforated, quick-dry fabric that pulls moisture away from the skin. Unlike solid neoprene bands, you won’t feel trapped in heat.
Can I wear it while sleeping?
It’s not designed for overnight use. We recommend wearing it during daytime hours, up to 8-10 hours as needed, and removing it for sleep to let your skin and muscles rest.
Is the velcro noisy or weak?
The velcro is medical-grade and holds securely without loud ripping sounds. It remains effective after many washes and adjustments.
