Two computers, one set of devices, and no more crawling behind the desk. This compact USB switch box shares a printer, keyboard, mouse and USB drives between two PCs with a single front button. Two USB-A cables set it up, and it works with Windows, Mac and Linux.
Share 4 USB devices between 2 PCs with one button press, no re-plugging
- constantly unplugging and replugging USB devices
- need for multiple printers, mice or keyboards per desk
- sharing USB drives between computers
Share your desk with one press, not one more replug
Before: crawling behind your desk to swap the printer, keyboard and mouse between two computers. After: one push on the front button and every device follows you to the other PC.
One box, four ports, zero software
- One press moves everything
The front push button sends all four downstream USB ports to PC 1 or PC 2. The blue LED tells you which computer is in control, so you never have to guess before you type. Press once and the printer, keyboard and mouse follow you across the desk.
- Four ports, four devices
Plug a printer, keyboard, mouse and USB drive into the four downstream ports, and both computers can reach them. The switch handles the routing, so the devices stay plugged in and you stop pulling cables from the back of the tower.
- Plug in, no driver
Two USB-A cables run from the box to each computer, and nothing else needs installing. The box works with Windows, Mac and Linux systems, so the setup stays the same whichever machines sit on your desk.
Set it up in under five minutes
- 1Connect both computers
Run one USB-A cable from the box to PC 1 and the other from the box to PC 2. Use a free USB-A port on each computer.
- 2Plug in your devices
Attach your printer, keyboard, mouse and USB drive to the four downstream ports on the front of the box.
- 3Press to switch
Press the front button to hand all four devices to the other computer. The blue LED shows which PC is in control.

Questions and answers
Yes, for standard USB devices. Printers, keyboards, mice and USB drives plug into the four downstream ports and show up on whichever PC is active. Devices that draw a lot of power, such as some external hard drives, work better plugged straight into a computer.
No. The switch is plug-and-play, so there is nothing to install on either computer. Connect the two cables, plug in your devices, and press the button to change control.
Yes. The packaging lists Windows (including XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10), Mac and Linux. Mixing systems is fine, so a Windows desktop and a Mac laptop can share the same keyboard and printer.
The housing is glossy black plastic, not metal. It is light and compact, and it sits neatly on a desk without taking much room. Keep it off the floor and away from heavy items, and it will handle daily switching without any fuss.
For most dual-PC desks, yes. A second printer or keyboard costs more and takes up desk space, while this box handles both computers with one set of devices. You get two cables and one switch, and the cost stays well under a second printer.
