Breathlessness on a steep climb is hard to judge from the inside. This compact fingertip reader shows your blood oxygen and pulse on a bright colour OLED in seconds, so you know whether to push on or rest. It is light enough to live in a jacket pocket.
Check your blood oxygen and pulse on the go with a compact, lightweight fingertip monitor
- wanting to track oxygen and heart rate during outdoor activity
- bulky monitoring equipment that is hard to carry
- needing a quick, no-fuss reading
Know your oxygen and pulse before the climb decides for you
Instead of guessing whether that breathlessness is fitness or a warning sign, you clip on, press once, and read SpO2 and pulse in seconds, then get back to the trail.
Two readings, one button, no setup
- Two numbers that matter on the trail
The colour OLED puts SpO2 and pulse side by side on one screen. You read both at a glance at a switchback or on a chairlift, without scrolling through settings.
- Clip on, press once, done
Open the clip, slide your fingertip in, and press the single button. There is no app to open and no profile to set up. The screen wakes and starts reading.
- A signal bar that tells you when to trust it
The bar-graph signal indicator fills when the sensor has a steady read. Wait for the bars to fill and the numbers to settle, then take the reading. The body is light enough to ride in a chest pocket all day.
Clip, rest, press, read in under a minute
- 1Warm and rest your hand
Warm cold or gloved fingers first, then sit or stand still with your hand relaxed at heart level.
- 2Clip the device on
Open the clip with light pressure and seat your fingertip in it, with the sensor flat against the nail.
- 3Press the button
One press powers the display. There are no menus, so the first reading is as simple as the fifth.
- 4Wait for the signal bar
Hold still for about 30 seconds. When the bars fill and the SpO2 and pulse numbers stop moving, the read is steady.

Questions and answers
No. This is a wellness monitor that shows SpO2 and pulse on a snapshot basis. It does not diagnose conditions. If a reading worries you or you feel unwell, rest, repeat the check, and contact a clinician.
Cold, poorly circulated fingers can give a weak or slow signal, so warm your hand first. Gloves block the sensor, so take the glove off for the clip and keep the finger still until the signal bar fills.
A watch shows pulse from the wrist, but it does not show blood oxygen saturation, which is the number that changes at altitude. This reader gives you both in one light device that you use on demand, and it is reusable, so there is no recurring cost per check.
Yes. Dark or thick polish, and artificial nails, can interfere with the optical sensor. Remove polish from the reading finger for the most reliable numbers.
The body is compact and light enough for a chest pocket, a hip belt pocket or a day pack. Clip it to a strap or zip it in a pocket so it stays in reach on the climb.
