Dumpling night stops being an hour at the cutting board. This 1200ml hand-press chopper minces meat, chops garlic and chili, and whips eggs in one clear bowl, so your hands stay clean and nothing needs a plug. Small batches are ready in the time it takes to find an electric grinder.
One-press multi-function kitchen helper: chops, minces, whips and shapes food by hand
- time-consuming manual chopping of garlic, chili and meat
- messy hand-mincing of meat filling
- need for electricity to prep small batches
- separate gadgets cluttering the kitchen
Minced filling in one press, no plug needed
Hand-chopping garlic and mincing pork for dumplings leaves sticky fingers and an hour gone. With one 1200ml press, the filling is ready and your hands stay clean.
Three jobs, one press, no cord

Mince meat with one press
The plunger drives the stainless blades through meat, garlic and chili in a single hand motion. Chilled pork breaks down into an even mince after a few firm presses, and you never pick up a knife.

Clear bowl, visible results
The 1200ml bowl is see-through, so you can watch the chop level change with each press. Stop when the garlic and chili look right, then keep pressing the rest in another round.

Dumplings and purees, same tool
The wavy beater and dumpling press attach to the same body, so eggs get whipped and wrappers get shaped without a second gadget. Six pieces in one box cover mincing, whipping and shaping.

The plastic body is not built for long soaks, so wipe it rather than submerge it.

Questions and answers
Small batches are where it wins. Expect a few firm presses to get meat fully minced, and smaller portions go faster than a full bowl. For a large pile of meat, an electric grinder is still the faster tool. For a dumpling filling or a few cloves of garlic, the press is quicker than setting up a machine.
The bowl holds 1200ml. Fill it part way and press in rounds, scraping down between presses. An overfilled bowl makes the press hard to move and leaves coarse pieces at the bottom.
The blades are stainless steel, and the body is made from ABS, PS and PP plastic. Keep the meat chilled while you work and rinse the parts right after use. The plastic body is for hand use, so keep it out of long soaks.
Yes. The blades handle garlic, chili, meat and vegetables in the same bowl. Keep your manual vegetable chopper for bigger jobs like onion and cabbage, and use this one when the batch is small.
Six pieces replace a chopper, a whisk and a dumpling press, so one drawer covers three jobs. You buy it once and skip the counter space a plug-in machine takes up. If you make dumplings or purees more than once a month, it gets used often enough to justify the spot it takes.
Take the blade assembly out of the bowl and rinse it under running water right after use. Wipe the body with a damp cloth and avoid soaking it. Rinsing right away keeps meat and garlic from drying onto the blades.
