Your first night with Dreamate

   Charge fully

   Plug into any USB-C charger for two hours until the indicator shows green. A single charge lasts several nights.

   Adjust the band

   Loop the soft silicone band through the buckle and set to a snug yet comfortable fit around your head.

   Place on forehead

   Position the device so the electrode pad sits centered between your brows, just above the nose.

   Power on

   Press and hold the power button until a gentle pulse starts. Start at the lowest intensity level.
