Double-sided display on a warm wood stand for desk and shelf decor

Solves
  • plain desk or shelf looks bare
  • photo needs to be seen from both sides

Turn a bare desk into a warm wood display seen from both sides

Your favorite photos stay hidden in a drawer while your desk looks plain. This curved solid wood stand with clear acrylic puts them on show from every angle.

Your photo, visible from every seat in the room

  • Seen from both sides

The acrylic panel is clear enough that the print stays sharp on both faces, with no glass glare to get in the way. Put a favorite photo in once and it reads from either side of the room.

  • Solid wood base

The base is cut from solid wood and curved so it stands upright on its own. The grain runs warm, in honey and walnut tones, and it gives a desk or shelf a calm, Asian-inspired finish without any extra styling.

  • Pick the size that fits

Three sizes cover most desks and shelves: 10 x 15 cm, 12.7 x 17.8 cm and 14 x 21 cm. A small frame suits a crowded desk, and the largest one holds a print that reads from across a room.

Questions and answers

Will my print look clear through the acrylic on both sides?
w
Wanelo · seller

Yes. The panel is clear acrylic with no glass glare, so the print shows on both faces. Use a sharp print sized to the frame opening and it stays crisp from either side.

Which of the three sizes fits a desk versus a shelf?
w
Wanelo · seller

The 10 x 15 cm (4 x 6 in) size fits a crowded desk or bedside table. The 12.7 x 17.8 cm (5 x 7 in) suits most shelves. The 14 x 21 cm (5.5 x 8.3 in) works on a console or sideboard where it can be seen from across the room.

Is the solid wood base real wood?
w
Wanelo · seller

Yes, the base is solid wood with a natural grain. Each piece varies a little in tone, which is part of the look. Because it is real wood, it feels heavier and steadier than a plastic stand.

Does it work as a holiday or festival gift?
w
Wanelo · seller

It does. Put a favorite family photo in, and it arrives as a finished display rather than a loose print. People tend to keep a framed photo on the desk long after the holiday, which is the point of giving it.

How do I place it so both faces are visible?
w
Wanelo · seller

Stand it upright on a flat surface at eye level, with the print centered in the panel. Set it where the side you look at most faces you, and let the other face catch the doorway or the sofa.

Is it worth the price compared with a basic frame?
w
Wanelo · seller

A standard single-sided frame shows one face and often uses a thin plastic stand. This one uses a solid wood base and clear acrylic, and the print works from both sides. You get a piece that stays on display for years, not a frame you hide in a drawer.
