Two evenly formed burgers from a single press, every time. The cast aluminum body and wood handle make batch pressing quick, and the patties come out the same thickness for the grill or the freezer.
Form two uniform burger patties at once, quickly and evenly
- Uneven patty thickness
- Slow hand-forming of burgers
- Patties sticking or falling apart when removed
Two identical burgers, one press, zero guesswork
Stop shaping lopsided patties by hand. Press two even rounds at once, then grill, stack, or freeze them so every burger cooks the same.
Two patties, one press, the same every time
- Two wells, one press
Each press forms two rounds at once, so the pair on your tray matches. The wells are 11.5 cm across and 2 cm deep, a standard burger size that holds a full portion without spilling over the edge. Pack two wells, press once, and you have a balanced batch in the time it takes to shape one patty by hand.
- Ribbed faces that release
The ribbed press faces and base are finished in a nonstick matte coating. Line both wells with plastic wrap or parchment, press firmly, and lift straight up. The patty lifts out clean, with the ridges leaving a light texture that helps the edges sear on the grill.
- Cast body, wood grip
The body is cast aluminum, so it has enough weight to press through a firm mix without rocking. The wood handle sits comfortably in the hand and keeps your fingers away from the hot grill side. The handle color is assigned at random, so each press arrives with its own grain and tone.
Press, peel, and grill in three steps
- 1Line both wells
Cut two squares of plastic wrap or parchment, larger than the wells. Lay one in each well so the meat never touches bare metal.
- 2Fill and press
Pack the mix into each well evenly, then press down firmly until the meat holds together. Lift the press straight up so the patties stay round.
- 3Transfer to the grill or freezer
Slide the liner and patty onto a tray or straight onto the hot grill. For a freezer stack, chill the pressed patties briefly, then layer them with parchment between each one. Brush the grill grates clean with a grill cleaner brush before the next batch.

Questions and answers
Yes. Each well is 11.5 cm (4.5 in) across and 2 cm (3/4 in) deep, which matches a standard burger bun. Pressing a little firmer gives a thicker patty, and a lighter press gives a thinner one.
They release cleanly when you line each well with plastic wrap or parchment first. Skip the liner and the meat can grip the metal and tear when you lift the press.
It works for fish, vegetable, and other soft patty mixes. Wetter blends need a firmer mix to hold their shape, so chill the mixture for a few minutes before pressing.
Press the batch, chill the patties briefly, then layer them with parchment between each one. Freeze them flat on a tray first so they hold their shape, then stack them in a bag. Thawing them on a thawing frozen hamburger meat plate speeds things up on busy nights.
The handle color is assigned at random, so you may get a different wood tone than the one pictured. The press works the same either way.
A batch of 12 patties takes a few minutes with the double press, compared with an hour of palm shaping. Cast aluminum lasts for years of weekend cookouts, so the cost spreads across every batch you make.
