Accurate digital weighing up to 10 kg in grams or ounces
- inaccurate ingredient measurement
- guesswork in recipes and portioning
- need to weigh in both metric and imperial units
Every gram exact, in the unit your recipe uses
Stop guessing with cups that give different results each time. Weigh up to 10 kg at 1 g resolution, in grams or ounces.
Four buttons, one clear display
- Tare the bowl, weigh the rest
TARE resets the display to zero with a container on the platform, so only the ingredient is counted. Press it again between ingredients to stack a whole recipe in one bowl.
- Grams or ounces, one button
The MODE button switches between g and oz. Metric recipes and imperial recipes use the same scale and the same bowl.
- 10 kg on a compact footprint
Weighs up to 10000 g at 1 g resolution in a compact body that fits where a cutting board sits.
10 kg capacity at 1 g resolution
- 10 kgMaximum weighing capacity
- 1 gReading resolution
- 353 ozMaximum in ounces

From guessing with cups to weighing

The cup that lied
A cup of flour changes with packing and settling. Scoop it twice and you get two different amounts. That is how a loaf turns out dense and nobody can say why.

One gram at a time
The round platform reads to 1 g and holds up to 10 kg. One press of MODE switches between grams and ounces, so a metric recipe and an imperial one use the same scale.

Same recipe, same result
Weight does not drift. Tare the bowl, add the ingredient, read the number. Follow the recipe as written and the bake repeats.
Keep it dry and within capacity
- Keep it dry
Do not submerge the plastic body or run it under water.
- Stay under 10 kg
Weigh heavy loads in batches.
- Wipe clean
Use a slightly damp cloth on the platform and body.
- Flat surface
Use on a level counter for steady readings.

Questions and answers
For flour, sugar, water, butter and most bread and cake recipes, 1 g steps are fine. Very small amounts such as yeast or spices in fractions of a gram need a finer scale.
Yes. Capacity is 10 kg. Place the empty bowl, press TARE, then add ingredients. Keep the bowl and contents under the limit.
Press MODE. The display changes between g and oz, with ounces shown in 0.1 oz steps.
The body is glossy white plastic and light in the hand. It suits daily counter use when kept dry and loaded within 10 kg. It is a practical tool, not a stainless showpiece.
With the bowl on the platform, press TARE and the display returns to 0. Whatever you add is then read on its own. Press TARE again to start the next ingredient.
One scale replaces a drawer of cups and spoons, and it removes the volume guesswork that wastes ingredients on failed bakes. Used a few times a week, the cost per use falls quickly.
