From Bag to Swirl in Three Steps

   Fit the tip

   Check the printed chart for the shape you want, then set the numbered tip on a plastic coupler and tighten the ring over it. Drop the coupler into the bag.

   Fill the bag halfway

   Spoon frosting into a teal silicone bag until it is half full, then twist the top to push the frosting toward the tip. Overfilling strains the seams and makes the pressure hard to control.

   Pipe in one motion

   Hold the bag upright above the cupcake, squeeze with steady pressure and lift as you finish. Practice a rosette on a plate first, then move to the real batch.
