Complete all-in-one cake and macaron baking kit with measured mats and six decorating nozzles
- guessing cake and pastry sizes
- uneven macaron shapes
- dough sticking to counters
- messy frosting application
Bake cakes and macarons with less guesswork
Stop eyeballing pan sizes and fighting sticky dough. Measured mats and six stainless nozzles turn your counter into a tidy, repeatable baking station.
Everything on the counter, measured

Cake sizes printed right on the mat
The kneading mat is 600 x 400 mm and prints cake circles from 3 to 9 inches, along with inch and cm rulers and a Fahrenheit and Celsius conversion chart. Roll dough inside the circle you need and the size is settled before the batter reaches the pan.

Six nozzles, five shapes to start
Star, round, petal, leaf and fluted tips sit in one row, and each one pipes a clean shape from the start. Pair them with the reusable silicone bags and the coupler, then secure the bag with a blue ring so the frosting stays where you aim it.

Even macarons, every tray
The macaron mat carries 56 printed circle guides, so shells line up in the same size and spacing from the first tray to the last. Silicone lets the shells release cleanly once they have set.

From guesswork to planned bakes

The lopsided cake
You measured the pan with a loose ruler, rolled the dough by eye and hoped for the best. The layers came out uneven, the frosting wandered, and the extra batter went in the bin. Nothing on the counter told you what size you were actually making.

One box, every bake
Here, the mats, scraper, spatula, six nozzles and piping kit come in one box, so the sizes on the mat match the tools you reach for. You can roll dough inside a printed circle, cake piping bag in hand, and pipe the border without switching tools halfway through.

The finished cake
Picture the next birthday. You pick the 6 inch circle, roll the dough, pipe star roses along the edge and set the cake on the table. It looks like you planned it, because you did.
What your first bakes look like
- First useMeasured mat, first bake
Use the printed circles to pick a pan size and check the dough before it goes in the oven. Mistakes shrink because you can check the size before you cut.
- 3 usesPiping starts to feel natural
After a few rounds with the star and round nozzles, you move from squeezing frosting to steering it. Shapes get more even with practice.
- 30 daysMacarons and cakes repeat well
With regular use of the macaron grid, your shells and layers come out closer in size from bake to bake. Oven, recipe and technique still shape the result.
Wash, dry and bake again
- Wash by hand
Use warm soapy water for the silicone mats, spatula and smoother.
- Dry straight away
Drying the stainless nozzles and scraper right after washing keeps the steel bright.
- Keep knives off the mat
Cut and portion dough with the scraper or spatula so the printed guides stay sharp.

Questions and answers
The mat prints cake circles from 3 to 9 inches, so you can pick the circle that matches your pan and roll the dough inside it. Check the printed circle against your own pan before you start, since pan sizes vary by brand.
Yes. The six nozzles cover star, round, petal, leaf and fluted shapes, so you can practice one shape per session. Fill the bag about halfway, secure it with a blue ring and attach the coupler first. Neat shapes come with practice, not on the first try.
Both mats are heat-resistant silicone. Set them on a flat baking sheet and keep them clear of direct flame. For more on silicone mats, see our silicone baking sheet pan range.
Nine pieces cost less than the separate parts you would otherwise buy: a sized mat, a macaron grid, a ruled scraper, a spatula, a smoother and a nozzle set. Over a year of birthdays and weekend bakes, one matched kit replaces the loose tools and the cost of ruined batches.
The mats are flexible silicone that lies flat once it is clean. The nozzles and bench scraper are stainless steel, so they hold their shape and handle repeated washing better than plastic. Keep the printed mats away from knife blades to protect the guides.
Wash the stainless pieces and silicone by hand in warm soapy water, then dry them straight away. Drying them right after washing keeps the steel bright and the printed guides easy to read.
