   Cleanse & dry

   Wash your face with your usual cleanser and pat the breakout area completely dry. The patch adheres best to bare skin – no toner, no moisturiser underneath.

   Peel & place

   Choose the shape that fits your pimple (crescent for nose, oval for chin, rectangle for forehead lines). Peel the film and press the hydrogel side directly onto the spot for 5 seconds.

   Sleep on it

   Wear the patch for at least 6 hours – overnight is ideal. It will turn slightly cloudy as it absorbs impurities, which is exactly what you want to see.

   Peel off & glow

   In the morning, gently remove the patch. Cleanse as usual and apply your daytime moisturiser or sunscreen. No residue, no redness.
