Description

Walk up to your door without fumbling for keys. This solar wall light charges in one day, runs for up to three days and switches on by itself when someone comes near. Mount it on a wall, porch or driveway edge with a single hook and skip the wiring.

Solar motion-sensor wall light that charges in one day and runs for three days

Solves
  • wiring or electrical installation for outdoor lighting
  • dark outdoor paths and entrances
  • high electricity bills for outdoor lights
  • weather exposure to rain

Light your entrance every night, without the wiring

Dark steps, fumbled keys, and a bill for outdoor power you never asked for. Mount one solar light, charge it in a day, and the path lights itself after dark.

Three light faces, one motion sensor, zero wiring

Solar wall light viewed from three sides showing 180 degree light spread

Three faces, one motion sensor

The front and both side faces emit light, so the beam spreads 180 degrees across the wall and the ground in front of it. The motion sensor wakes the light when someone walks into range, which means the path is lit before you reach for a switch.

Charges in one day

One day of sun gives the battery a full charge, and that charge runs the light for up to three days. A few cloudy days in a row will not leave you in the dark. The solar panel sits on top of the housing, so it catches light all day without any cable running to a socket.

Solar wall lamp glowing at night in the rain with IP65 rating shown

Rated for rain

The housing has passed the IP65 waterproof test, so it is dust-tight and built to stay outside through rain. Mount it on an exposed garden wall, a porch or a driveway edge and leave it there through the wet season.

Hang it, charge it, forget it

  1. 1
    Pick a sunny spot

Choose a wall, porch post or fence where the top solar panel gets direct daylight during the day, and where the motion sensor faces the path you want lit.

  2. 2
Hang it by the top hook

The unit has a top mounting hook and keyhole. Hang it on a screw or hook at the height you want, then check that the panel is facing up and the lit faces spread across the path.

  3. 3
Let it charge for one full day

Leave it in sun for a full day before the first night. After that the light charges every day and wakes on its own when someone comes near.

Questions and answers

Is it fully waterproof for rain and outdoor use?
w
Wanelo · seller

Yes. The housing has passed the IP65 waterproof test, which means it is dust-tight and handles rain exposure. It is made for outdoor walls, porches and driveway edges.

Will it work on cloudy days or in winter?
w
Wanelo · seller

One full day of charge is rated for up to three days of runtime, so a few cloudy days in a row are covered. Winter days are shorter, so the light gets less charge in deep winter. Mount it where the top panel sees daylight, and it will keep up through the season.

Does it need wiring or batteries I have to replace?
w
Wanelo · seller

No wiring. The solar panel charges the built-in battery, so there is nothing to plug in and no cable to run. You do not swap batteries to keep it going.

Is it worth it compared with a hardwired floodlight?
w
Wanelo · seller

A hardwired floodlight needs an electrician, drilled cable runs and an electric bill that climbs every month. This light skips the installation, runs on sunlight and adds nothing to your power bill.

How long does one full charge last?
w
Wanelo · seller

One day of sun gives a full charge, and that charge is rated for up to three days of light. The beam is best suited to paths, steps and entrances, so pick a spot that the motion sensor can see clearly.
