Predictable, contamination-free ceramic processing for flawless veneers
Eliminate scattered materials and inconsistent sieving. This modular processing box brings numbered slot organization and a fine stainless steel mesh to every all-porcelain case.
From chaotic to controlled in one workflow
Every dental technician knows the frustration—fine ceramic powders spread across the bench, contaminated, unlabeled, impossible to track. This system turns that daily struggle into a single, orderly process.
The mess you’ve settled for
Before, you juggled multiple containers for each shade and particle size. Cross-contamination was inevitable, and your prep space looked like a disaster zone. Every fabrication cycle started with a cleanup.
A numbered solution
We designed a compact 5-piece kit with one job: impose order on ceramic chaos. Five clearly numbered slots let you assign materials to fabrication steps. The fine mesh sieve gives you consistent particle size every time.
The clean result
Now your bench stays clean. Your materials stay where you put them. Your processing becomes predictable, repeatable, calm. The modular components stack neatly into a drawer. And your veneer quality reflects that control.
Three elements of lab-grade organization
Every piece of this processing system was chosen for one reason: to keep your ceramic work pristine and your workflow fast.
Fine stainless steel mesh
Achieve uniform particle distribution for your all-ceramic materials. The removable screen is smooth, corrosion-resistant, and captures exactly the fraction you need.
Slots 1–5 track your steps
Assign each processing stage its own numbered compartment. Whether you’re layering, shading, or building, your sequence stays intact—no more guesswork.
Stack and store in seconds
The knurled base ring locks the round sieve onto its tray. The rectangular components slide together into one clean footprint. At the end of the day, everything fits in a standard lab drawer.
5-minute setup for your first case
From unboxing to processing—get predictable results immediately.
- 01
Assemble the round sieve
Place the metal mesh screen ring onto the round housing, then screw on the knurled base ring until it locks. Set it on the grid-base tray.
- 02
Sort into numbered slots
Assign your ceramic materials (press pellets, stains, overlay powders) to slots 1–5. The numbers become your processing sequence.
- 03
Sieve directly into the tray
Pour material into the mesh funnel and shake gently. The grid-base tray catches the sifted product while the mesh retains oversize particles.
- 04
Cover with the mirror lid
Place the rectangular lid over the slot tray. The reflective inner surface lets you spot any cross-contamination instantly.
- 05
Stack and store
When your case is done, nest all components together—the round sieve fits inside the rectangular frame. The whole system slides into a standard lab drawer.
The numbers behind the order
Measurable quality for the professional who counts every detail.

From dental professionals who use it
No marketing fluff—just the feedback we hear from working labs.
Finally, a processing box that keeps my veneer materials organized and free from cross-contamination. I use it for every ceramic case.
I bought this for my lab class and now all four in my study group want one. It makes porcelain layering feel professional even in training.
Only wish it came in a white version to see powder residue better. But the black looks sleek and stays clean.

The numbered slots changed my workflow instantly. No more searching for shades—everything is sequenced how I need it.
The knurled grip is a nice touch—stays put even with wet gloves. The compact footprint saves bench space.
Mirror-like lid helps me spot contamination instantly. The whole set just magnetizes order.

Sturdy, well-thought-out. The mesh screen is finer than I expected and doesn’t clog as quickly as my old sifter.
Worth every penny. I run two of these now—one for pressing and one for stacking. My efficiency doubled.
Five pieces for this price is a steal. The mesh alignment is perfect—no wobble when shaking.

Straight answers from our bench
The questions we get most from fellow technicians.
Is the mesh fine enough for glass-ceramic milling material?
Will the numbered slots rub off with cleaning?
Can I autoclave this processing box?
Why is it priced higher than basic sifters?
Do I need both the round and rectangular components?
Is it suitable for dental students?
How do I clean ceramic residue from the mesh?
