- sore muscles after exercise

- muscle tension and fatigue
Loosen up faster after every hard session
Sore legs and a locked neck do not have to set the pace for your week. Ten minutes with percussion and heat or cold brings your muscles back to ready.
Deep percussion in a compact body

Percussion that reaches deep
A 25W motor with 35W max drives the chrome head into knotted tissue after training. The 2400mAh battery runs short sessions between charges.

Heat and cold, one button away
Warm up stiff areas or cool post-workout heat in the same session. Touch keys and a 4-segment LED display show your charge at a glance.

Five heads for every muscle
Flame, U-fork, bullet, ball and small adapter heads cover neck, spine, quads and calves with one tool.

From stiff to ready

The soreness you know too well
Your legs are stiff from yesterday's session and your neck locks up by 3pm at the desk. Foam rollers hurt and miss the deep knots. Stretching alone rarely shifts a knotted shoulder.
What the next week costs
Skipped recovery stacks up. Tight hamstrings slow your reps, and a shoulder that never quite loosens follows you from the gym to the desk. A therapist session costs real money and time.
A recovery kit that fits your bag
At 15.1 x 15.6 x 5 cm and 620g, this gun rides in a gym bag or desk drawer. Hot and cold compress modes and five heads come with it, so one tool covers the lot.

Questions and answers
The 25W motor (35W max) works on large muscles like quads and hamstrings. Use the ball head for broad areas and move slowly along the muscle.
Use heat for general stiffness and cold after hard sessions or for fresh strains. Avoid heat on swelling or fresh injuries. It saves you carrying a separate heat pack or ice.
It is heavier than palm-sized mini guns, so expect a few minutes to get used to it. Keep neck sessions short and light, and switch hands as needed.
Ball head for calves and thighs. U-fork along either side of the spine, never on it. Bullet or small head for specific knots.
It is built for short, regular sessions of a few minutes per area. The 4-segment display shows what is left, and it charges over USB.
One purchase replaces repeated therapist visits for routine tightness. It also adds heat, cold and five heads that a foam roller lacks.
