Two minutes, morning and night

   Wet face with lukewarm water

   Hot water strips natural oils; cold water won't melt the lather. Lukewarm is the sweet spot.

   Lather the bar between hands

   Rub the bar between wet palms for a few seconds until a light, creamy lather forms.

   Massage over face in circles

   Use fingertips to work the lather over your face for 30 to 60 seconds, paying attention to oily areas.

   Rinse and pat dry

   Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then pat with a clean towel. Follow with moisturizer while skin is still slightly damp.
