Shoulders and neck that lock up after a day at the screen can loosen before bedtime. Two independent channels, twelve modes and a 60-minute timer give you a session you set and control, on the sofa or during a desk break.
Precise, effective and safe pain relief for shoulders, neck and back using 12 programmable massage modes
- neck and shoulder tension
- back pain
- muscle soreness
- tired muscles after long hours seated
Ease Desk-Bound Shoulder Tension in One Timed Session
Stiff neck and sore shoulders after a long day at the desk. A two-channel EMS session with pads you place yourself leaves them looser by evening.
Two channels, one dial, full control
- Two channels, independent control
Channels A and B each have their own +/- intensity buttons. One pad pair can run stronger than the other, which suits a tight trapezius on one side and a calmer side on the other. The backlit blue LCD shows where each channel is set, so you never guess which side is active.
- Twelve modes, one timed dial
The M/T dial moves through 12 programmable massage modes and sets the 60-minute timer. Pick a rhythm that feels good on the day, then keep it. The timer stops the session on its own, so there is no need to watch the clock or reach for the unit mid-session.
- Pads placed on the pain point
Place the pads directly on the sore muscle before you switch on. The body-map booklet in the box shows the upper back, shoulders, neck and lower back. Large rectangular pads cover broad areas, contoured pads follow the shoulder line, and round pads suit smaller spots.

Snap the two lead wires into the unit, one for channel A and one for channel B.

Use the body-map booklet to choose the pad shape for the area. Press each pad firmly onto clean, dry skin over the muscle, not over the front of the neck or the eyes.

Press On/Off, choose one of the 12 modes with the M/T dial, and set the 60-minute timer.

From locked neck to looser evenings

The 5 p.m. Stiffness
By late afternoon the neck and shoulders feel like one tight band. The headache starts behind the eyes, and the evening plan turns into slumping on the sofa with the laptop still open. Heated pads help for a few minutes. Painkillers take the edge off without touching the knot itself.

A Controlled Session
Two independent channels, A and B, each with their own +/- intensity. Twelve modes and a dial for M and T mode and time. The session starts at zero and climbs only as far as you want. Set the timer, and it stops by itself at the end. The same routine works every evening, so the sessions become something you repeat rather than something you hope for.

Evenings Without the Knots
Twenty minutes on the sofa, pads on the shoulders, the screen switched off. By bedtime the neck moves more freely and the shoulders drop away from the ears. The routine costs nothing per session once the kit is in hand, and it replaces a stack of trial-and-error fixes.
What to expect over your first weeks
- First useLearn placement and intensity
Start on a low setting with pads on the sore area. Note how the feeling changes across modes and find a comfortable level for your shoulders or neck.
- 3 usesFind your go-to routine
You will know which mode and session length suit you. Many people settle on short sessions after work rather than long ones.
- 30 daysTrack how your neck feels
Keep a simple note of tension levels across the month. Results vary by person, and the unit supports relaxation alongside your regular care.

Questions and answers
No. Do not use this unit with a pacemaker, defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device. Electrical stimulation can interfere with how those devices work. Pregnant users and anyone with skin conditions under the pads should also skip it unless a doctor has cleared it.
Both. The pads can go on the side and back of the neck and across the shoulders and upper back, where the trapezius and neck muscles sit. Keep pads off the front of the neck and away from the eyes and head, as the booklet shows.
The pads are reusable. Keep them clean and dry, store them flat, and reattach them to the lead wires after each session. Replacement pads are the main ongoing cost. Compared with a monthly massage chair session or repeated clinic visits, a single kit covers many sessions over months of use.
No. It is a home relief tool for everyday muscle soreness from desk work. For numbness, sharp pain, or pain that keeps returning, see a doctor or physiotherapist first.
Most sessions run about 20 minutes on a comfortable level, once or twice a day. Start on low, raise intensity slowly from zero, and stop the timer if you feel discomfort.
