   Wash and dry feet completely. Sit with your foot resting comfortably on a towel, good light overhead.

   Select a fresh pad

   Peel off the backing and stick a new sandpaper disc onto the head. Press firmly — it mounts securely.

   Dial to low speed

   Set the speed dial to 1 or 2. Glide the head over callused areas without pressing — let the rotation do the work.

   Move systematically

   Start at the heel, then work outward: ball of foot, side edge, big toe. Use the 360° swivel to follow curves.

   Check and increase

   After one pass, touch the skin. If still rough, turn up speed slightly and repeat. Never over-file in one spot.
