   Use a gentle cleanser or micellar water to remove any oils, sunscreen, or product residue from behind the ear and on the skin near the temple. Pat fully dry — adhesion is strongest on clean, dry skin.

   Peel the patch from the sheet

   Use the application sheet included in the box to lift the patch cleanly without bending or touching the adhesive surface. The application sheet helps position the patch precisely before contact.

   Position and press firmly
