   Cleanse & Disinfect

   Wash your face or scalp thoroughly and disinfect the roller head with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Dry the skin completely — never roll on damp skin.

   Section & Roll

   Divide the target area into sections. Roll vertically, horizontally, and diagonally 4-5 times in each direction, applying light pressure. Expect mild redness that fades within an hour.

   Apply Actives

   Immediately after rolling, apply your growth serum or topical treatment. The micro-channels are open for about 5 minutes — this is your window for maximum absorption.

   Clean & Store

   Rinse the roller under hot tap water, then soak in alcohol for 10 minutes. Let air-dry completely before placing back in the ceramic bowl. Avoid wiping with towels.

What to expect, week by week

1. Week 1–4
   Adaptation Phase
