A 12V pump that fills diving, PCP and airsoft tanks to 4500 psi straight from a car battery. It runs oil-free with an air-cooled body and a metal housing, so the fill happens where you are, not at a shop.
Portable 12V pump that reaches 4500 psi for filling high-pressure tanks anywhere a car battery is available
- Needs mains power for high-pressure filling
- Oil contamination of breathing air or tanks
- Overheating during long fills
- Bulky stationary compressors
Fill 4500 psi from the road, not the shop
Before: a dead tank and no outlet in sight. After: a 12V pump clipped to your battery, filling diving and PCP tanks at the campsite.
Metal Build, Clear Readout, Full Control

Battery-powered, no outlet needed
The included clamp lead cable connects straight to a 12V battery. The pump runs wherever the vehicle is parked, so a campsite or trailhead is enough. The high pressure piston is built from wear-resistant material for repeated fills.

Oil-free, air-cooled design
No oil is required, so the air going into your tank stays clean. The body is fully air-cooled with ventilation grilles and a cooling fan, which keeps long fills steady without a separate cooling system.

Read every fill on the gauge
A pressure gauge sits beside the digital display, so you see the reading climb. The pressure adjust knob sets where the fill stops, and the red fill valve keeps the connection simple to make and break.
Rated for 4500 psi
- 4500 psiMax output pressure
- 30 MPaRated output, equal to 300 bar
- 12VDC input voltage from a vehicle battery
Battery to Full Tank in Four Steps
- 1Clamp to the battery
Attach the red and black clamp leads to the matching battery terminals. Confirm the connection is firm before you power on.
- 2Set the target pressure
Turn the pressure adjust knob to the fill pressure your tank needs. The gauge and digital display will show the reading as the pump runs.
- 3Connect and power on
Attach the red fill valve to the tank fitting, then switch the rocker power switches on. Watch the gauge climb toward the target.
- 4Pause and disconnect
Pause between fills to let the air-cooled body cool. When the tank reaches target, power off, disconnect the fitting and remove the clamps.
Pump Unit and Battery Clamp Cable
- Pump unit×1
Orange and matte black high pressure pump with gauge and digital display
- 12V battery clamp lead cable×1
Heavy-gauge leads with insulated grips for the vehicle battery
Half a Tank, No Outlet in Sight

The Tank Is Half Empty
The dive is in the morning and the gauge on your tank reads low. The nearest shop is closed or an hour away, and the compressors you can find all want mains power you do not have.

The Power You Already Have
Your vehicle battery is the power source. The clamp leads go straight onto the terminals, and the pump runs at 12V DC from there. No extension cord, no generator, no detour.

Ready Before You Leave
The pressure adjust knob sets your target and the gauge and digital display show the climb as it happens. You see the number, you stop at the number, and the tank goes with you full.

Questions and answers
Yes. The pump is rated at 30 MPa, 300 bar and 4500 psi, and it runs from a 12V DC input with clamp leads. Fill time depends on the tank volume and the battery condition, so plan a longer run for a large cylinder than for a small PCP reservoir.
The pump is oil-free, so no lubricant is needed in the compression stage. Packaging states no oil is required and the air path is designed around that. Check your local fill standards for breathing air and use a filter stage if your certification body requires one.
Start with a fully charged battery and run the engine or a charger if you can. The body is air-cooled with a fan and grilles, but a long run still heats the pump. Pause between fills and let it cool before the next tank.
The unit is rated for 30 MPa / 4500 psi, which covers high-pressure PCP reservoirs and scuba cylinders at that rating. Confirm the fill fitting on your tank matches the red outlet valve before you connect.
A shop fill costs a drive and a wait each time. A mains compressor needs an outlet and takes up floor space. This pump costs one trip to set up and runs from the battery you already have, so the tank gets filled on your schedule. Over a season of weekend dives or hunts, the saved drives add up fast.
