Waterproof, tear-resistant white poly mailer with a strong self-seal for secure shipping
- parcels damaged by rain or moisture
- packages tearing in transit
- weak seals opening during shipping
- need for a branded-looking, friendly shipping bag
Orders that arrive dry and sealed, rain or shine
Stop worrying about soggy parcels and popped seals. Pack your apparel in a tear-resistant, waterproof mailer that closes itself and ships clean.
Waterproof film that won't tear on the way
- Rain stays out
The PE film is waterproof and moisture-proof, so rain on the doorstep or a wet van floor does not soak through to the garments inside. Water beads on the surface and rolls off. Dry the apparel before you seal the bag, and the film keeps it that way.
- Pulls back, holds
Tear-resistant polyethylene and enhanced edge banding handle the stress that usually starts a tear: corners, the flap and the side seams under a hard pull. The bag gives under load and keeps its shape, so a rough sorting belt is less of a risk.
- Seals that stay shut
The peel-and-seal strip bonds hard to a clean flap, and the tamper-evident hot-melt seal stays closed under tension. Press it down for a few seconds and the flap locks flat. No tape, no extra step.
Fold, slip in, press the strip, done
- 1Dry and fold the garment
Make sure the apparel is completely dry, then fold it flat so the flap closes without force.
- 2Slip it into the mailer
Slide the folded garment in without stretching the bag. Leave enough room that the strip closes flat.
- 3Press the self-seal strip
Peel the protective strip and press it firmly onto a clean, dry flap. Hold for a few seconds so the bond sets.
- 4Check the edges
Run a finger along the edge banding and the seal. A closed, flat edge is ready to label.

Questions and answers
Yes. The PE film is waterproof and moisture-proof, so rain on a wet route will not soak through to the apparel. The one gap is moisture you seal inside. Dry the garments before packing, because trapped damp can condense even though the film sheds water from outside.
It does, as long as the bag is not overstuffed. The adhesive strip and hot-melt seal hold under pull force, and the edge banding reinforces the corners where knits and hoodies put the most strain. Fold the garment flat, press the strip for a few seconds on a clean flap, and it stays closed.
Thin generic mailers tear at the corners, let rain through and rely on adhesive that lets go under pressure. This bag uses tear-resistant PE with integrated edge sealing and a stronger self-adhesive bond. It costs more per bag, but one wet or torn return costs more than the difference across a batch, and you stop adding tape and outer packing.
Yes. The matte-satin white film takes a bold black slogan print that reads from across a packing table, and the THANKS heart variant gives repeat customers a friendlier look. The clean white also works as a plain, minimal base for your own label.
Yes. Any dry, flat or folded item that needs protection from rain and rough handling fits well, including accessories, small homeware and merchandise. Wrap anything with sharp edges first, since thin film can puncture.
