   Ensure lids are clean and dry. If you’re using the white pencil on the waterline, gently blot any moisture with a cotton swab first.

   Apply with a light hand

   Draw short dashes along the lash line or inner corner. For a soft look, immediately smudge with a fingertip or brush before the formula sets down.

   Set or layer

   Leave as is for a natural matte finish, or layer the white over nude for a glossy brightening effect. It dries down waterproof in about 30 seconds.
