Rinse rice, beans and vegetables without chasing grains across the counter. The tilted oval rim pours the basket clean, and the perforated walls drain fast. Hang it on the wall when the last pot is done.
Tilted drain basket that rinses rice, beans and vegetables and pours out cleanly
- rinsing rice and grains without losing them
- draining washed vegetables and beans
- cluttered kitchen counters and sink space
Rinse the rice. Keep every grain.
Stop chasing grains through a flat colander. This tilted, perforated basket rinses, drains and pours clean, then hangs on the wall.
One tilt, and the water is gone

Tilt once and the water is gone
Tilt the oval rim over a pot or bowl and the rinsed rice pours out in one smooth motion. You skip the splash that follows a flat colander and keep the counter dry.

Grains stay in, water runs out
Perforations run across the base and walls, so water leaves quickly while the grains stay inside. Swirl gently and the holes do the rest.

Hang it when not in use
The hook-style adhesive mount lifts the basket off the counter and out of the sink. Press it onto a clean, dry tile and the basket hangs between meals.
Rinse rice in three quick moves
- 1Fill with grains and cold water
Add rice or beans to the basket and fill it with cold water at the tap.
- 2Swirl gently
Swirl the grains with your hand under a soft stream. Keep the flow gentle so small grains stay inside.
- 3Tilt to pour
Tilt the oval rim over the pot or bowl. Water runs out through the perforations and the rinsed grains pour out in one motion.

Questions and answers
Not with a gentle rinse. Swirl the grains instead of blasting them under full pressure, since strong jets push small grains against the holes. The perforations are evenly spaced, so water drains fast while the rice stays inside.
The basket is made from thick PP plastic with a matte finish, and it feels solid in the hand. Rinse it in tap water and keep it away from boiling water and stove heat, because high heat can soften the rim.
The wall mount uses a hook-style adhesive. Clean and fully dry the tile, press the hook firmly, and wait before you hang the basket. Adhesive does not grip damp or oily surfaces, so hang the basket only once it is dry.
For vegetables and beans, yes, and it also takes over the fine sieve you would use for rice. For a large pot of pasta, a bigger colander still moves more water at once. One basket covers rice, beans and produce, so the counter has one fewer tool on it.
Rinse it under the tap after each use and let it dry on the counter or on the wall mount. Warm soapy water and a soft brush clear any grains caught in the holes.
