Tenderizes tough steak and breaks tendons in seconds with stainless steel needles
- tough steak
- tendons and connective tissue in meat
- slow marinade penetration
Tender steak in one press, not an hour of pounding
Tough, chewy cuts and marinades that never reach the center turn dinner into a chore. Press the stainless steel needles through the meat, then season and grill with the tenderness you wanted.
Stainless needles that do the hard work

Stainless needles press deep
The polished steel needles sit in a tight cluster across a 5cm section, so one press covers a wide strip of meat. Each needle opens a small channel through the connective tissue, and that channel is where marinade gets in.

One press, no pounding
The push-down mechanism drives the needles through the cut in a single motion. No mallet swings and no flattened edges. Press straight down, lift, and move to the next section of the steak.

Clean with confidence
The clear cover keeps the blades enclosed when the tool is stored. The blade cartridge comes out for cleaning, and the included brush clears raw meat residue from between the needles.
Press, season and grill in minutes
- 1Pat the cut dry
Dry the steak or pork with a paper towel so the needles grip the surface and the seasoning sticks.
- 2Press straight down
Set the tool flat on the meat and press firmly once per area. Work across both sides in overlapping passes.
- 3Season or marinate
Add salt, pepper and marinade. The channels from the needles give the liquid a path into the cut.
- 4Rest, then grill
Let the meat rest briefly before it hits the grill, so the marinade settles in.
- 5Clean the cartridge
Remove the blade cartridge, brush out the residue, rinse and dry it, then put the clear cover back on.

Questions and answers
The needles open channels through the connective tissue without turning the surface to mush. Press firmly once per area and move in overlapping passes. Thin cuts need lighter pressure, so check the first pass before you press further.
Yes. Remove the blade cartridge, brush out the residue from between the needles with the included brush, then rinse and dry it. Do this after every raw meat session, then store the tool with the clear cover on.
A mallet bruises and flattens the meat unevenly, and a fork leaves shallow marks that do little for the center of a thick cut. This tool gives you consistent needle penetration in one press, and it arrives with the cover and cleaning brush in the same kit.
It is built for steak and pork, including flank steak and pork shoulder. Thick cuts need a firm press and a second pass so the marinade has room to reach the center.
Yes, it is used on both. Treat pork the same way you treat any raw meat: clean the cartridge and brush the needles after each session before the tool goes back in the drawer.
