   Fill with cool water

   Fill the bottle with cool water or a light sports drink. Leave the cap on until you are ready to use it.

   Mist when you heat up

   Press the button on top of the cap and aim the fine mist at your cheeks, forehead and neck. Keep your eyes closed for a second.

   Flip the spout to sip

   Flip the spout up and drink from the built-in straw. Flip it back down before you pack the bottle so nothing shifts in your bag.
