Check your heart rate and body temperature, catch messages and count steps without pulling out your phone. The T80S puts it all on a square color screen and comes with a mesh strap for dressier days.
All-in-one smartwatch: body temperature, heart rate and notifications on your wrist, with a second mesh strap included
- checking phone for messages constantly
- no easy way to track temperature and heart rate
- tracking daily steps and activity
- one watch that suits both sport and dressy looks
Your heartbeat, temperature and messages, one wrist away
Stop checking your phone every five minutes just to see who texted and how you're doing. The T80S keeps heart rate, body temp, steps and alerts on a color screen, then swaps to a mesh strap for dinner.
Heart, temperature, steps and messages in one glance

Your heart rate, on demand
Long press to measure and the heart rate lands on the color screen. The example readout is 99, a number you can check between a coffee and a meeting. Read it as a daily trend, not a lab result. If heart rate is the main thing you want, a heart rate fitness tracker is the simplest place to start.

Body temp, at a glance
The screen shows body temperature next to shell temperature, so both numbers sit side by side. The example readout is 36.5°C body and 33.6°C shell. Wrist readings move with skin contact, room heat and movement, so use them to spot a pattern over days and reach for a clinical thermometer when you feel unwell.

Messages without the phone
Incoming messages appear on the color display, so you read the preview without unlocking anything. The phone stays face down on the desk and the wrist does the checking. Some phones need a couple of tries before alerts start, so send yourself a test message right after setup.

The buzz that never stops
Your phone lights up in your bag on the train, buzzes again at your desk, and by lunch you have unlocked it again and again without a reason. Meanwhile your heart rate and temperature stay a mystery. Every check means digging for the phone, so most days you skip the check entirely.

One watch, two looks
The band you wear to run does not survive dinner. The T80S comes with a silicone strap for sweaty sessions and a stainless mesh strap in the same color, so the case stays put and only the strap changes. Snap the mesh on before dinner and the sport band disappears.

Glance, don't dig
A long press wakes the color screen and shows what the sensors read, such as 36.5°C body temp, heart rate 99 and 2048 steps in the example readouts. Messages land on the same screen, so a glance answers the buzz. The phone stays in the bag and the wrist does the checking.
What to expect as you wear it
- First usePair and set up
Charge the watch, follow the on-screen prompts and connect it to your phone. Message alerts may take a couple of tries to start on some phones.
- 3 usesLearn the long presses
Long press to measure and long press to look become second nature. You start glancing at your wrist instead of unlocking your phone for every buzz.
- 30 daysBuild a daily check-in habit
Daily steps and periodic heart rate and temperature checks settle into your routine. Watch the trend across weeks, since single readings are wellness indicators.

Questions and answers
No. They are wellness readings taken at the wrist, and they shift with skin contact, room heat and movement. Use them to spot trends across days. For a fever or any health decision, use a clinical thermometer or talk to your doctor.
The silicone strap is made for training. Wear the watch snug with room for one finger, loosen it on long sessions and wipe off sweat afterward. For dinner or meetings, swap to the mesh strap.
Messages show on the color display once the watch is paired with your phone through the on-screen prompts. Compatible phone systems are not listed in our product information, so check your phone model before you buy.
The mesh strap uses a magnetic clasp. Slide the silicone strap out, slide the color-matched mesh strap in and let the clasp snap closed. Both straps are in the box.
No. Blood pressure is not among the on-screen readouts confirmed for this model. The readouts it does show are heart rate, body temperature, steps, weather and air quality, so buy it for those.
A basic band counts steps and not much else. The T80S adds a full-color screen, temperature readouts and message alerts, and the second strap is already in the box. Two looks for one purchase is where the value sits.
