Will the adhesive hold on my wall, TV or shelf without leaving marks?

The back is an adhesive tape that holds to any solid surface. Wipe the spot clean and dry first, then press the strip firmly for several seconds. Dusty or heavily textured paint weakens the grip, so choose a smooth section of wood, plastic or painted wall. Removing the strip slowly from a painted wall is the best way to avoid marks.
Does it work with my Alexa or Google Home setup, and do I need the Mi Home app?

Yes to both. The strip works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and it is controlled through the Mi Home app over WiFi. Pair the strip in the Mi Home app first, then link it to your voice assistant. Voice commands will not respond until that first pairing is done.
Is 2 m enough for a TV or under-cabinet run?

The strip is 2 m long, which covers a standard TV stand edge or a run of kitchen cabinets with room to spare. For a wider wall or a long shelf, measure the run first and plan a second strip. Two strips cost less than a set of smart bulbs for the same room.
Can I bend it around corners and curved edges?
