Questions and answers
Does a silicone bristle head clean as well as nylon bristles?
w
Wanelo · seller
Sonic pulses do the cleaning work, and the rounded silicone head is softer on gums than stiff nylon. Brush slowly along each tooth surface and keep up your regular dentist visits.
Can I adjust the pulse strength if my gums are sensitive?
w
Wanelo · seller
Yes. There are five pulse levels. Start on the lowest and move up only if it feels comfortable.
Is the handle fully waterproof for shower use?
w
Wanelo · seller
The body is rated IPX7, so you can rinse it under the tap without worry.
How often do I need to charge it?
w
Wanelo · seller
It has a large-capacity lithium battery and charges over USB through the transparent base. Top it up when the reminder tells you to.
Can I use it while traveling without a bulky charger?
w
Wanelo · seller
Yes. The body is compact and charges with a standard USB cable, so any USB port will do. Let the head air-dry before packing it.
Is it worth it over a cheap manual brush?
w
Wanelo · seller
A manual brush needs replacing often. This one is rechargeable, so there are no battery swaps, and it comes with a USB cable in the box.
