Mount It in 20 Minutes
- 1Choose your spot
Pick a flat surface on your bumper, roof rack, or light bar. Make sure there's clearance to adjust the angle later.
- 2Attach the bracket
Use the supplied stainless steel screws and nuts. Drill pilot holes if needed. Tighten everything down — the lock washers prevent vibration loosening.
- 3Connect the wires
Red to positive, black to negative. We strongly recommend an inline fuse (5A for 27W, 7.5A for 48W) and a dedicated switch. Wrap connections with heat-shrink tubing to protect from moisture.
- 4Aim and test
Loosen the side bolts, point the light where you need it, and re-tighten. Check the beam pattern at night before you head out.

Yes. The IP68 rating means it's been tested to withstand submersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The rubber ring seal and encapsulated electronics keep water out. You can pressure-wash it after a muddy run.
How do I wire it? Do I need a relay?

It's a simple two-wire positive/negative connection. We recommend adding an inline fuse (5A for 27W, 7.5A for 48W) and a switch if you want manual control. No relay is required for low-draw LEDs, but a professional installation is always safest.
Will it fit my truck's mounting points?

The stainless steel bracket has elongated slots and an adjustable angle joint. It bolts up to most flat surfaces on bumpers, roof racks, bullbars, and side steps. If you can drill two holes, you can mount it.
How bright is it compared to my stock headlights?
