Hang it in three steps

   Lay the string along the mantel edge, through the lower tree branches or down the center of the table runner. Space the Santas evenly and avoid pulling the wire tight.

   Face the Santas out

   Turn each felt face toward the room, clip the wire so it does not sag, and tuck any loose cord under the edge for a clean look.
