Walk to the bathroom at night and the light is already there. This small round puck senses your movement and lights a warm ring as you step into range, then fades back into the dark behind you.
Motion-activated warm LED night light that lights your way automatically, no switch needed
- fumbling for a light switch in the dark
- tripping on stairs or in corridors at night
- bright lights disturbing sleep
Walk the dark hallway without reaching for a switch
Night trips used to mean groping along the wall and waking up fully. Now a warm ring of light comes on as you walk, and fades back into the dark when you're gone.
Light that comes on when you walk in

Body motion sensing
The built-in body motion sensor picks up your movement and brings the warm ring to life as you approach. Mount it along the route you already take, and the light meets you at the doorway without a hand on the wall.

Warm white ring glow
The warm white LED ring spreads a diffused, even glow instead of a hard beam. It shows the way without the glare of an overhead fixture, so your eyes adjust quickly and the rest of the house stays asleep.

Small round puck design
The body is a smooth, matte-white round puck with a Mijia mark on the front. It sits flat on a hallway wall or beside a stair run and does not crowd the space around it.
Placed once, then it runs itself
- 1Pick the route
Choose the hallway, stair run or bathroom path you walk most at night. The spot closest to your bed is usually the best first choice.
- 2Aim the sensor
Mount the puck at about the height you move through, facing the path rather than a blank wall. Keep it away from heaters, vents and ceiling fans.
- 3Test it on a night walk
Walk toward it from the bedroom door and watch the ring come on. If it reacts late, adjust the angle a little and try again.

Questions and answers
No electrician is needed for placement. There is no wall switch to rewire, and the puck mounts on a wall you already walk past. Pick a spot near your route, aim the sensor along it, and you are finished.
It is a path light, not a work light. The ring gives a soft, even glow that shows the edge of each step and the floor ahead. Most people place it at the top or bottom step, aimed along the run. For reading or cooking, keep a brighter lamp in the room.
It reacts to body movement inside its detection zone, so face it toward the route you walk instead of a blank wall. Heaters, vents and ceiling fans can cause false triggers, and a pet crossing the zone can switch it on.
A plug-in nightlight needs an outlet close to your route and stays on all night. This one only lights when you move, so the hallway stays dark between trips. Over a year of night walks, one fixture replaces a habit of hunting for a switch, and that habit is what wakes you fully.
The shell is smooth, matte-white plastic with a clean finish that looks at home in a hallway. The Xiaomi and Mijia name sits on the front, and you get a known brand's build and look for the price of a premium night light.
