Light the room you are in and trap the mosquitoes and flies that come near it. This standard E27 bulb gives bright white LED light on one side and a blue UV grid trap on the other, so one socket handles both jobs. Fits the lamps and fixtures you already own.
Two products in one: bright LED room light that also traps and kills mosquitoes and flies
- mosquito bites at night
- flies and insects in the home
- need for separate bug zapper and lamp
- pests in greenhouses and outdoor spaces
One bulb lights the room and traps the bites
Tired of swatting mosquitoes at bedtime? This standard E27 bulb gives normal white light and draws flying insects into a blue UV cage, so evenings are lit and quieter.
A lamp that works as a bug trap

Bright light and insect trap
The white LED gives you a full room light for reading, dressing or walking to the kitchen. The blue UV lamp runs at the same time and draws mosquitoes and flies toward the bulb. You get the lamp you already need, with the bug control built into it.

Fits the sockets you have
The base is a standard E27 screw fitting, so it goes into the lamps, porch fixtures and greenhouse sockets you already use. Screw it in like any ordinary bulb. No rewiring, no mounting bracket, no new plug.

Nothing sprayed in the room
The trap runs on light and a grid, not on sprays or coils. The LED board sits exposed on the base side, so you can see it is a real light source. Nothing is released into the air where you sleep or eat.
Screw in, switch on, forget the bites
- 1Screw it into an E27 socket
Turn the bulb clockwise until snug. It seats like any ordinary bulb, with no tools or wiring.
- 2Place it in the dark
Hang or fit it away from open doors and bright windows, where the blue glow can reach the insects you want to catch.
- 3Switch on at dusk
Let it run through the evening. Empty the grid cage every few days during peak season to keep the trap working.
The lamp you need is the one drawing bugs in

The bite that wakes you
A mosquito whine at 2am, then a sting on your ankle. You reach for the lamp because it is the only light you have, and it pulls in more of the same bugs. Sprays cover the room in chemicals and wear off within the hour, and a coil does not help the second you lie down.

One bulb, two jobs
This bulb puts a normal white LED on one side and a blue UV lure inside a grid cage on the other. Light the room as usual, and the insects drawn toward the glow end up in the cage instead of on your skin. No second outlet, no zapper hanging in the way.
Evenings you can keep
Read in bed, eat on the porch, or sit in the living room with the windows open. The room stays bright and the buzzing gets quieter. Put it in the bedroom, the patio or the greenhouse and keep the same light on every night of the warm season.
What to expect over the season
- First useLight on, bugs in the cage
Switch it on at dusk. The blue UV glow draws flying insects toward the grid, and the room stays lit for normal use.
- 1 weekCheck the cage contents
Look inside the grid after a few nights. Catches vary with weather, room darkness and how many insects are flying nearby.
- 30 daysA routine that keeps it working
Empty and wipe the cage regularly during peak season. A clean trap keeps catching, and the bulb keeps working as a normal white light.
Keep the cage clear and it keeps working
- Empty the cage often
Every few days in peak season, so new insects can enter the grid.
- Wipe the grid
Switch off, let the bulb cool, then wipe the grid clean.
- Keep the bulb dry
Store and clean it dry, and keep the E27 base free of debris.

Questions and answers
Both. The blue UV lure pulls in flying insects, mosquitoes included, and the inner grid cage holds what comes close. Catch numbers depend on how dark the room is and how many insects are flying nearby.
If the socket is a standard E27 screw fitting, yes. Screw it in like any ordinary bulb. Check that the fixture type suits your setup before you install it, especially outdoors.
The glow draws insects toward the bulb, so placement matters. Hang it in the darkest part of the room, away from open doors and bright windows. Competing light sources shrink how far the lure reaches.
One bulb replaces two purchases. You do not need a second lamp for the room or a separate zapper on another outlet, and there is no recurring spray cost. It uses the light you were already switching on every evening.
Switch off, let the bulb cool, then empty the grid and wipe it clean. During peak season, empty it every few days. A full cage blocks new insects from getting in, so a quick clean keeps the trap catching.
