Up and running in under five minutes

   Cleanse your face

   Start with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup and any oil-based products so the light reaches the skin surface without barrier. A lightweight water-based serum can be applied at this stage if desired.

   Insert the eye protection inserts

   Place both protective inserts over your eyes before putting the mask on. These are included for this purpose and should always be used during every session.

   Put the mask on and adjust the straps

   Slide the mask over your face and adjust the two head straps until the fit feels secure and comfortable. The silicone panel should rest against your skin contours without pressing hard on any area.

   Select your light mode via the remote

Caring for your mask between sessions
