Private physiotherapist at home: heated vacuum cupping and scraping with adjustable temperature
- muscle tension in neck and shoulders
- sore arms and legs
- stiff back and waist
- need for professional cupping sessions
A private physiotherapist, at home, at your own warmth
Stiff neck and sore shoulders after a long day at the desk. With a heated vacuum cup and scraper, you can work those tight areas yourself in the evening, at a temperature you choose.
Three ways to work tension, in one device
- Heat that you choose
Level 6 runs 38-40°C, level 9 runs 42-45°C and level 12 runs 48-50°C. The digital display shows the level you picked, so you know the warmth before the cup touches skin. Start gentle on a sore neck and move up on a tougher calf or lower back. If you want a different kind of warmth at night, a heating blanket covers the rest of the body.
- Suction you can feel
The vacuum cup lifts the tissue under the glass, so you can work one spot at a time instead of pressing on it. The red heating element glows inside the clear cup, so you can see that the heat is active. Keep each placement short and move the cup to a new spot before the skin gets red.
- Scrape the long muscles
The scraping edge covers long muscle groups in smooth strokes. Use it down the side of the neck, along the calf or across the lower back. The edge is shaped to glide rather than dig in, and a few sessions are usually enough to get comfortable with the pressure.
Three heat levels, all set by you
- 38-40°CGentlest setting, a good start for neck and shoulders
- 42-45°CMiddle setting for arms, legs and deeper tension
- 48-50°CHighest setting for back and waist once skin has adapted
- 3 levelsSet on a touch panel with a digital temperature readout
From first press to finished session
- 1Start at level 6
Tap the touch panel and choose level 6, which runs 38-40°C. Wait for the red glow inside the cup to show the heat is active.
- 2Place the cup on the muscle
Set the glass cup on the upper trapezius or the calf, the area you want to work. Keep the rim flat against the skin.
- 3Set the suction
Use the suction control until the tissue lifts gently under the cup. More suction is not better, so stop where it feels firm but comfortable.
- 4Glide the scraper
Move the scraping edge slowly down the muscle in one direction. Long strokes work better than quick ones.
- 5Finish and move on
Run a session of about five minutes on level 6. Lift the cup, let the skin settle, and move to the next spot if the area still feels tight.
A stiff evening, handled

The stiff evening
You have been at a screen for hours, and by evening your neck and upper shoulders feel locked. Every head turn announces it. Rubbing the spot by hand helps for a minute, then the tightness comes back. A clinic session would fix it properly, but it costs more each time and needs a booking you cannot find on a weeknight.

A session at home
The device puts a heated glass cup and a scraping edge in one hand-held unit. Suction lifts the tissue under the cup while the red element warms it, and the digital display tells you the exact range you are working in. You get the sensation of a cupping session on your own couch, without a second person doing the work.

Your own pace
Start at level 6, which runs 38-40°C, on the neck or shoulder for a few minutes. Notice how your skin responds. Move up to level 9 or 12 on the areas that can take more warmth, such as the calves or lower back. Each evening feels a little looser than the one before, and you decide how far to go.

Questions and answers
Most adults can use it at home with a few rules. Begin at level 6 (38-40°C), keep each spot short, and move the cup often. Skip any area with broken, irritated or inflamed skin. If you have a medical condition or an injury, check with a clinician before you start.
Level 12 reaches 48-50°C, so work up to it. Start at level 6 and move up only when the warmth feels comfortable. The red glow inside the cup shows active heating, and you can lift the cup or switch levels at any point.
A manual set gives you suction with no heat and no readout, so you guess at both. A clinic session costs more on every visit and needs a booking. This unit uses premium materials and a digital display, and it covers the neck, shoulders, arms, abdomen, waist and legs. The cost per session drops with every evening you use it.
Short sessions with the cup moved often keep marks to a minimum. Leaving the cup in one place for too long is the main cause of marks, and heat makes that worse. Stop if the skin looks red and stays that way.
Skip it on broken or irritated skin, and see a clinician first if you have an injury that needs assessment. It is built for everyday tension in the neck, shoulders, arms, waist and legs, not for treating a condition.
