Your plants get water on the schedule you set, whether you are home or away. Two dials control how often and how long, and a green light shows when it is running. No batteries, no app, just a timer that sits on your tap.
Automatic hands-free watering on a set schedule
- forgetting to water plants
- watering while away from home
- over- or under-watering with manual hose use
- time spent on daily watering
Water on schedule, even when you're away
Forgotten pots and hose guesswork give way to a timer that waters on your set schedule. Come home to plants that stayed hydrated.
Two dials, one simple schedule
- Schedule without the guesswork
The How Often dial runs from Weak/Reset up to 72 hours, so you pick the gap between waterings. The How Long dial runs from OFF to 120 minutes for each cycle. Set both once and the timer repeats the pattern until you change it.
- Runs with no battery
The timer is a mechanical ball valve, so nothing needs charging or replacing. A green indicator light shows when it is running. The body measures 8.5 cm wide, 6 cm deep and 16.5 cm tall, small enough to sit by the tap.
- Fits the tap you already own
A tap-side female thread connects to the outdoor tap, and a hose-side quick connector with an O-ring takes your hose. You keep your existing hose and drip line, and the timer sits in the middle.
Set it up in minutes
- 1Attach the tap-side connector
Thread the female connector onto your outdoor tap. Hand-tighten it first.
- 2Clip on your hose
Push your hose onto the hose-side quick connector. The O-ring seals the join, so check it sits flat.
- 3Set the How Often dial
Choose the gap between waterings, from Weak/Reset up to 72 hours.
- 4Set the How Long dial
Pick the run time for each cycle, from 1 minute up to 120 minutes. Start short and adjust later.
- 5Check for leaks and watch the light
Run a short test, look at both connectors, then confirm the green indicator light is on before you leave.
Small enough for a tap corner

Questions and answers
The timer has a tap-side female thread and a hose-side quick connector with an O-ring. Check that your outdoor tap takes the same female thread, then clip your hose onto the quick connector. If your tap uses a different fitting, add a standard adapter before you attach the timer.
The body is matte green plastic, light and easy to position. It is a budget build, so mount it on a bracket or the wall beside the tap so it does not swing, keep it clear of standing water, and check both connectors for a snug fit every few weeks.
Turn the How Often dial to choose the gap between waterings, from 1 hour up to 72 hours. Weak/Reset sits at the start of that dial. Set the How Long dial from 1 minute up to 120 minutes for each cycle, or leave it at OFF to pause. Start with a short run, then lengthen it after you check the soil.
No. It is a mechanical ball-valve timer with no batteries, no charging, no Wi-Fi and no app. The green indicator light tells you when it is running.
A basic drip kit still needs you to turn the water on each time. This timer sits between the tap and your hose and opens the line on the schedule you set, so the drip runs while you are at work or away. If you hand-water every day, the time you get back adds up quickly over a season.
