FIRST USE

Your First Ear Candle Session in Six Steps

Set aside 20 minutes, recruit a helper, and follow these steps for a safe, relaxing experience from candle one.

Prepare Your Space

Lay a towel on a flat surface or bed. Fill a small bowl with water and place it nearby. Have your lighter and a second person ready before you open the kit.

Thread the Protective Disk

Slide one protective disk onto the narrow end of the candle — it should sit about 3–4 cm from the tip. The cross embossing faces outward, away from the ear.

Position Comfortably

Lie on your side with the treatment ear facing up. Your helper holds the candle vertically against the ear canal opening, with the disk resting gently against the outer ear.

Light and Let It Work

Your helper lights the wide end of the candle. The gentle draw of the flame begins immediately. Breathe slowly, let the aromatherapy scent wash over you, and relax for approximately 10–15 minutes.

Extinguish Safely

Remove the candle well before the flame reaches the protective disk. Extinguish in the bowl of water. Never let the candle burn all the way down to the disk.

Finish with Cotton Swabs

Use one of the included cotton swabs to gently clean the outer ear and remove any loose residue. Repeat on the other ear with a fresh candle and disk.
