Heat the Guard
Using tongs, submerge the guard in boiling water for exactly 90 seconds. The silicone will become soft and pliable.

Bite Down & Mold
Carefully remove the guard, cool it for 5 seconds, then place it in your mouth. Bite down firmly and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Hold for 30 seconds.

Set & Test
Plunge the guard into cool water to lock the shape. Try it in again; it should fit snugly without discomfort. Repeat if needed.
