Plug the lead wire into the main unit, then attach the four Gold Hand healthy-pads to clean, dry skin where you feel tension. Refer to the included diagram for optimal placement.

Hold the power button. The bright green display lights up. Use the MODE button to cycle through Acupuncture, Stroke, Massage, Manipulation, Scraping, and Cupping until you find the sensation you prefer.
