   Clean skin, no lotion

   Wash and dry your chest thoroughly. Oils, lotion, or sweat will weaken adhesion. Skin should be completely clean and dry.

   Pick your neckline diagram

   The packaging shows eight illustrations. Match the one that fits your top (backless, deep‑V, off‑shoulder, swimsuit, etc.) to know where to place each strip.

   Cut two strips

   Cut a length for each side. Most necklines need about 15–25cm per breast. Leave slightly extra to anchor past the edges.

   Peel backing and apply

   Remove the white adhesive backing. Press one end onto your outer chest, then lift and pull the strip inward and upward following the diagram, smoothing as you go. The stretch creates lift.

   Smooth and set

   Press firmly across the entire tape to activate the adhesive. It sets within a minute and becomes invisible under clothing. You’re ready to dress and go.
