Transmit to wireless headphones

If the device has a 3.5mm AUX input or output, it works. Use RX to feed a speaker or amp from your phone, and TX to send TV or computer audio to Bluetooth headphones. Gear with only RCA connectors needs a separate 3.5mm to RCA cable, which is not included.
Do I need any special cable to connect it?
