It handles a standard scoop of powder in cold milk or water well, and the clear body shows the swirl so you can judge it yourself. Very thick mixes are the exception. They can slow the rod and leave a few lumps, so start with a liquid-to-powder ratio that matches your usual shake and adjust from there.
